If the item fails after installation: You must provide your valid purchase record, with photos or videos proving the product's own fault via eBay messages, after which we will provide you with a replacement warranty service. Please note that this warranty only applies to automotive parts installed in full compliance with the installation instructions, as well as return requests for which photos and videos proving the product's own fault are provided to us.
  2. If we send you the wrong parts: You can promptly send us a message to inform us, and we will prioritize arranging a replacement. Meanwhile, we will provide a return label for you to send back the incorrectly shipped items.
  3. Shipping Damage. We use UPS Ground, Fedex and USPS First class to ship all items . Buyer should check the parcel condition before sign the signature. Please refuse to sign the parcel if you noticed something wrong, and get a shipping damaged report from carrier. We will send you a replacement at the same day once you provide the shipping damage report . We won’t cover any lost if buyer don’t check the parcel condition before the signature.

This warranty does not cover any expenses incurred in the removal and / or re-installation of the item. Specifically, this warranty does not cover any expenses for time, rental, or other parts not purchased from us, or any labor. This warranty does not apply, and will be voided, if the item sold has been damaged by abuse, misuse, accident, neglect, or alteration, or if it has been repaired by anyone . Your warranty will be null and void if the item fails due to improper installation or use. If the item sold should prove defective in material or workmanship within the warranty period, please contact us immediately.

  1. Please contact us via eBay messages between 9:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. PDT, (Monday to Friday) to obtain a return label with a return number. Without a Return Authorization Number, we will not be able to identify your return request.
  2. All returns must be done within 30 days after receiving the package. Parts must be new and unused in the original condition: including box, packaging and all other accessories,or we will charge you a partial costs.
  3. Return requests initiated directly on the eBay platform may not be processed promptly due to delays in eBay's procedural timeline. We highly recommend that you contact us first to receive priority processing.
  4. If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us and provide relevant evidence (such as photos, videos, or other valid proof of the issue). We will cover the associated costs and arrange for a partial refund, full refund, or replacement.
