Ibanez j.custom RG8570Z-RBS Royal Blue Sapphire / 2017 USED
Description
Good Condition!
A used Ibanez "j.custom RG8570Z-RBS Royal Blue Sapphire" has arrived. It was manufactured in 2017.
The Ibanez RG Series is known as a flagship model in Ibanez's long history.
Designed for speedy and technical playing, this series has evolved through subtle updates over time. The Ibanez j.custom series is positioned as the pinnacle of the RG series.
Based on the concept of "using carefully selected materials and assembled by Japan's top skilled craftsmen," it is Ibanez's flagship line, constantly pursuing high playability and superior sound.
Manufacturing is handled by Fujigen, one of Japan's leading guitar factories.
In addition to the high level of basic assembly precision, the meticulous finishing by skilled craftsmen is evident throughout, such as the "Velvetouch" neck back finish that feels comfortable in the hand and the "spherical custom treatment" that smooths the fret edges.
The fretboard features flame maple binding and the iconic "Tree of Life" inlay of the j.custom series, resulting in a truly special appearance.
While j.custom RG models undergo minor specification changes depending on the production period, this particular instrument is from 2017.
The body features a flame maple top and African mahogany back. The neck boasts a Super Wizard shape, designed for playability and thinness, and is constructed from five pieces of maple and walnut. Furthermore, it incorporates KTS Titanium Reinforcement (titanium reinforcement rods) for enhanced strength and neck stability.
The fretboard is crafted from carefully selected rosewood.
The bridge is an Ibanez original Ibanez Edge-Zero Tremolo.
Its unique ZPS3 (Zero Point System) mechanism keeps the tremolo unit centered even in a floating state, ensuring a stable tuning environment less affected by string tension changes.
The pickups are the standard DiMarzio HSH configuration:
Front: DiMarzio Air Norton
Center: DiMarzio True Velvet
Rear: DiMarzio Tone Zone
The front pickup is thick and warm, with crisp cutting in the half-tone position. The rear pickup is powerful yet has a wide range and well-balanced sound, making it suitable for metal and a variety of other genres.
The volume pot has a built-in high-pass filter, allowing for sound control while maintaining high-frequency brilliance even when the volume is turned down.
The included tremolo arm shows some scratches, rust, and plating peeling. The guitar body has small dents on the headstock tip and body end, but overall it is in good condition with little major damage.
The spring cavity back panel is missing.
This is a highly refined instrument, typical of high-end Japanese-made guitars, with a high level of finish in terms of looks, playability, and sound. Please consider it.
