Beautiful unique shape Japanese signed Bronze Vase        <ZM78>
Signed as  Taizo   ( Kasai Taizo  1921-2007 ) 

Kasai Taizo was born in Takaoka in Toyama . In1950  first time accepted into the Nitten in 1950. In 1952, he exhibited at the California exposition. In 1963 and 1970, his Nitten entries won the tokusen or grand prize. In 1971, he was commissioned to make a flower vase for the Imperial Household Agency. Taizo exhibited in a metal art exhibition in West Germany in 1976, and in 1989, he won the Minister of Education prize at the Nihon Gendai Kogei Bijutsuten (Japan Contemporary Craft Art Exhibition).
