Vintage New in the Box Testors #519 1/48 Scale Grumman F8F-2 Bearcat/G-58A Gulfhawk IV, produced by Testors in 1992. This kit features a detailed cockpit, engine, landing gear, external armament, and markings for 2 aircraft.

This kit includes decals for 2 aircraft:
  1. U.S. Naval Reserve F8F-1 Bearcat at NAS Glenview, Illinois, in 1953.
  2. Gulf Oil Company G-58A Gulfhawk IV flown by Major Al Williams - the G-58A Gulfhawk IV was a modified civilian version of an F8F-2 Bearcat that was flown by Major Alford J. Williams for airshow aerobatics in the late 1940s. It was destroyed in a crash at New Bern, North Carolina, on January 18, 1949.
