Both were new in packaging but have been tested with batteries replaced. The arm of the Jamie bobblehead was broken but has been repaired with epoxy, as shown. This is a fairly common failure point on these, and it happened when I had rested the figure on my work surface to change the batteries. These are brand new otherwise and arrived to me with the original battery pull tabs still in place.
