Lovely Scottish Limpet sea shells which were beach combed on the East coast of Scotland mainly from Dunbar and Belhaven in East Lothian so they were once in the North Sea. There are 67 of them weighing around 82 grams and the largest shell is about 2.6 centimetres across whilst the smallest is about 2.4 cm across.They are in various sea worn conditions (you get the actual shells that are pictured) some only lightly whilst others are quite weathered with some bumps wear and nibbles at thier edges and there may be some staining or a Keel Worm cast on the underside here and there. The ruler and two pence piece are there to give you an idea of the size and the pictures are each 30 x 22 cm in area (the additional pictures shows them alternative ways up on different coloured backgrounds and in different lights). Ideal for using in décor, art and craft projects - especially if your going for a beach, nautical, found, nature, ocean conservation or seaside theme.
