1. Our products are listed across multiple platforms simultaneously. In rare cases, an item may have been sold on another platform before we could update the inventory, resulting in stock shortages. In such situations, we will have to cancel your order.

Due to customs policies and international shipping regulations, items containing the above special/rare materials cannot be legally shipped or cleared by customs.
We will therefore have to cancel such orders.

Shipping and Return

I. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Method: Shipped directly from China via DHL Economy.

Processing Time: Ships within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation (may be affected by courier pickup time, weather, and global conditions; maximum 5 business days).

Shipping Address: Only the address registered with eBay at the time of payment is accepted. No address changes are allowed after payment is made.

Tracking Number: After shipment, the tracking number will be automatically synced to eBay.

II. Import Duties & Tax Policy (DDP / DDU)

U.S. Buyers: For AG (Authenticity Guarantee) certified luxury brands (e.g., LV, Chanel, Gucci, Hermès, Dior) over $500, shipping is DDP (duties included); eBay handles customs clearance for eligible AG brand items.

Non-U.S. Buyers: All orders are shipped DDU (duties and taxes unpaid); the buyer is responsible for all import duties and taxes.

III. Returns & Order Cancellation

  1. Return Restrictions: Non-product quality reasons such as "change of mind" or "found a lower price elsewhere" are not accepted for returns. For received items, returns must be sent back in their original condition within the specified time; otherwise, the return may be rejected. Items that have been used, cleaned, or repaired by the buyer will not be accepted for return.
  2. Order Cancellation: Due to system constraints, order cancellation is not accepted after placement (especially after payment).
