This is a Scouting America (formerly Boy Scouts of America) patch.
It is an embroidered patch Scouting America aims to instill values like character development, citizenship training, and leadership in youth through various programs and activities. 
The organization, which now includes both boys and girls, changed its name from the Boy Scouts of America to Scouting America in May 2024 to emphasize inclusion. 
Girl Scouts of America is a completely separate organization and is not affiliated with Scouting America.
