RARE New in the Box ACE #72405 1/72 Scale LAV-AT Anti-Tank Vehicle during Operation Desert Storm in 1991, produced by ACE Models with their new tooling in 2004. This is a highly detailed kit featuring rubber tires and markings for 4 vehicles.

This kit includes decals for 4 vehicles:
  1. U.S. Marine Corps LAV-AT 1st Light Armored Infantry Battalion "Hammer of Gods" during Operation Desert Storm, 1991.
  2. U.S. Marine Corps LAV-AT 1st Light Armored Infantry Battalion "Psycho" during Operation Desert Storm, 1991.

  4. U.S. Marine Corps LAV-AT, Standard NATO Camouflage, 1997.
The LAV-AT is an LAV-25 Light Armored Vehicle fitted with an Emerson 901A1 TOW-2 Anti-Tank Guided Missile Launcher. It is also armed with a pintle-mounted M240E1 or M240B general-purpose machine gun, and carries a total of 16 TOW Missiles and 1,000 rounds of 7.62mm ammunition. These vehicles are used by the U.S. Army and Marine Corps, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait, and they have been in service since 1983.
