Customers are responsible for ensuring appropriate temperatures at the delivery location.
Orders are not recommended when temperatures exceed 95°F or fall below 45°F.
You may place your order now and request a delay in shipping until temperatures are within a safe range.

? Packaging Details:

• Plants over 5 feet tall may be trimmed to fit in a 4-foot shipping box.
• Box changes, if requested, may incur an additional fee of $20?$40.
• We remove 1/3 to 2/3 of the soil before packing.
• No pot is included with the plant.

? Sales & Return Policy:

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
• We only offer replacements for plants that arrive dead.
• To qualify for a replacement, customers must report damage within 3 days of delivery.
• No returns or refunds will be issued.

• Minor damage (less than 30% breakage)
