Up for sale is a vintage pair of PMC 408 figural bookends featuring flying pheasants in a detailed Art Deco style design.

These are solid cast metal bookends with a bronze/brass tone finish, showing excellent sculptural detail throughout including feathers, foliage, and flowing base lines.

Both bookends are clearly marked “PMC 408” on the base (see photos).

Condition is very good overall. They display beautifully with a rich aged patina. There is light surface wear consistent with age, including minor scuffs and small casting imperfections as shown. No major damage or structural issues.
