Ingredients

Maca extract (Lepidium meyenii), arginine, ornithine hydrochloride, anti-caking agent E470b, zinc diglycinate, casing (gelatin, dye E171).

Suggested use

On training days: 3 capsules daily.
On non-workout days, 2 capsules daily.
