We ship to most countries. The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Insurance is arranged through a third party where available. Insurance coverage may be limited or unavailable for certain destinations. If appropriate insurance cannot be secured, we reserve the right not to accept the order or may offer you the option to proceed without insurance. In this case, you agree to accept responsibility for the risk of loss or damage, to the extent permitted by law.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery, unless you arrange your own carrier, in which case risk transfers when the goods are handed over to that carrier.

Applicable Law

This contract is governed by the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer. Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

You have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in relation to goods that are faulty or not as described. These terms do not affect those rights.

Subject to the above:

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with the sale or delivery of the goods.

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control (including postal or customs delays).

Our total liability to you for any loss or damage arising under or in connection with the sale shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods.
