Waist measures 12 inches across, length is 30 inches from center of waistband to bottom hem. The size tag is a 10, but it runs very small and fits like a modern U.S. Women’s XS.

Condition note (last photo) - the lining peaks out from the bottom hem - someone handy with sewing can easily repair. Otherwise, the skirt is in excellent pre-owned condition.
