Medium: Use sphagnum moss, cheesecloth, or even a screen mesh in a shallow container (like a deli cup or tray)

Spread seeds thinly on the damp medium, using tweezers for spacing.

Gently moisten the medium with a mister; it should be damp but not soaked.

Place the container in bright, indirect light (a sunny windowsill works).

Cover the container with a clear lid or plastic wrap to create a mini-greenhouse, allowing some airflow (poke holes).

Keep humidity high and consistently moist for weeks to months
