A beautiful piece of kitchen hardware history! This embossed brass tag was salvaged from a vintage wood-case icebox. It features the iconic polar bear logo and the famous "Barabaraville, ILL" misspelling (intended to be Barrington, ILL).

• Markings: "Polar Bear Refrigerator Co. Barabaraville, Ill Patented 1886."

• Material: Solid Brass with remnants of original white paint on the bear.
