We wire on an input cable - normally with the IEC309-32A (blue circular commando) input plug. If you need another type of plug let us know by email when ordering.
It can be used as a rack or tower UPS. The UPS has a built in networking card similar to the APC9630 generation. We reset these to manufacturer defaults (apc/apc) + DHCP handshake for IP allocation.
We have the extra runtime packs that work with this UPS. Email if you want us to quote for those. Rails are not included but often in stock. We normally ship configured to use as a rack UPS and include the L-Bracket ears that attach to the front of the UPS.
They are a single phase input and output, online / double conversion type. This is a current model UPS with the LCD screen for status and diagnosis. The Manufacturer is APC / Schneider electric - who are the market leader in UPS technology.
Our products are comprehensively tested by UPS experts and are fully working. They are second user, and will have cosmetic signs of previous use.
The grading is A-Grade which we class as as good as you can get without having new. We touch up or re-spray cases as needed. We have been supplying UPS since 2002 and are the respected leader in the field, with the most used stock in Europe. Our experience reduces the occurrence of problems, and the availability of resources and stock we hold means we have the ability to quickly resolve issues when they do arise.
We set our same day dispatch times on eBay as a guide. This is a broad stroke estimation, as our items are of varying complexity. While simple orders can be packed and shipped quickly, large units or volume quantities may roll over to being dispatched the following working day. You can contact us if you need to be sure of when we can send an order and we can make a plan.
All of our consignments are sent fully insured on a 24 hour service with our carriers. We cover all problems that occur in transit. We can ship to the EU (transit time varies) and have experience packing and shipping to overseas destinations. The EU shipping costs are estimated and can be subject to surcharge. Large UPS may be palletised or shipped with the UPS in one box, and the cells in another. We have the packing materials to make sure that there are few problems in transit. Our warehouse is based in the UK.
When we process the order, we issue a dispatch notification via email. This will have a PDF invoice attached, and detail which courier we have shipped with, along with the tracking number and any pertinent information & guidance.
