UP for auction a vintage hardcover cookbook. I do not know anything about this item, not sure if it’s considered first edition, so please review all pictures and you can be the judge. Please look at all pictures as they are part of description.

The outside cover is worn corners and edges are worn. Front and back cover has stains, discoloration, grooves, rips and tares, see pictures. The back is the worst.

The inside pages are tight and has, writing in pencil with x’s and check marks, notes etc. near recipes, has stains,discoloration, dark spots, some pages, maybe 10, have recipes and or notes in ink on blank areas of book, index pages has notes in ink and a few pages on side have slight waves, see pictures for examples.

Book has some rabbit ears, some larger than others and one page is completely creased down middle, see pictures. This page can be seen when book is closed. Back inside cover has writing in ink and many stains, see pictures.

When book is closed, pages are dirty and or stained, see pictures.
