Shipping information

- Processing time: 5-30 days, depending on the item (pre-orders & web-exclusive items take longer).
- Tracking number available for every order
- We do combine shipping. You can put all items in your cart and place order, we will refund you back.

Order & Return Policy

- All Sales Are Final – Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
- Partial refunds for delivery damage – If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, we’ll offer a partial refund. (Please note that minor imperfections from manufacturing are not covered.)
- Double-check your address – Ensure your eBay shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for missed deliveries due to incorrect information.

Taxes & Customs

- International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees charged by your country or the courier.
- For Brazilian customers, please inform your CPF to avoid package holdup at custom point.
