Many of the Jellycats in my store come directly from my personal collection. As a picky collector, I used to visit local shops to find Jellycats with the most charming and symmetrical faces. Starting in late 2025, fewer Jellycats are available in local stores, so I now order from the official Jellycat website. While I can no longer hand-pick each one in person, I still carefully check every plush and will request a replacement from Jellycat if the quality or expression is not acceptable.
You will receive exactly the Jellycat shown in the photos. If I have multiples of the same Jellycat, I always photograph the exact plush being sold because I believe every Jellycat has a unique expression.
