Condition ~ Good. There is some cover edgewear (mostly on the spine). There are two very small tears on the top edge of the spine cover. There is a presentation bookplate on the inside front cover (see photo). The tissue guard between the frontispiece and the title page has tanned a little over time. The page edges have slightly tanned over time. There is a stain on the top edge of the first three blank pages and the top edge of the page facing the title page. There is a small tear on the bottom edge of the tissue guard where it meets the spine. There is a small mark on just a few pages. Otherwise this Rare edition is in Good condition! Except where noted, the pages ARE clean!
