This product is a futon bunk bed.  The upper bunk is a single bed with a memory foam mattress.  The lower bed is a futon lounge seat which folds down into a double bed when needed, for sleepovers for example.  Both mattresses are in very good condition.  The bed is 198 cm in length, a height of 165cm and a depth of 96.5cm (174cm when the futon is lowered into the double bed position.) The frame material is metal with a metallic finish, and the upholstery fabric is 100% cotton.  The ladder can be on the left or right hand side.  Assembly is required, but no additional parts are needed.
