Application

This Product Can Be Used to Spray Not Only Gel Coats and Resins but Also Other Materials Such As Parting Films, Spray Plasters, Tool Gel Coats, Primers That Can Be Sanded, Granite-reinforced Gel Coats, Adhesives, and Paints.

How to Use

• According to the Viscosity of the Gel Coat, Choose a Nozzle of Suitable Caliber, Generally Choose 5/32". Apply Lubricating Oil at the Connection Between the Nozzle and Paint Spraying Mouth, Gun Body, Jug Lid, Etc.
• Put the Jug Lid on the Jug Filled with Ingredients and Press the Jug Lid Tightly.
• Insert the Nozzle Firmly into the Air Jet in Front of the Spray Gun Until the Nozzle Is Exposed to the Air Jet.
• Grip the Handle of the Gun, Pull the Trigger, and Air Eject from the Jet.

Notes

• Please Assemble and Check All Joints Before Use and Make Sure All Joints Are Tightened.
• When Performing the Operation Steps, the Nozzle Should Always Face Upwards to Prevent Leakage. Tilt the Gun Downward, Spray the Material, Adjust the Control Valve to Atomize the Material Optimally, and Then Aim the Nozzle at the Surface of the Mold to Spray.
• It Is Recommended to Spray with the Gun Nozzle at 90° to the Surface of the Mold.
• Please Do Not Point the Nozzle at Yourself and Others During the Spraying Process to Avoid Accidental Injury.
• Please Note That When Stopping the Injection, Lift the Gun Head and Release the Gun at the Same Time to Prevent the Material from Flowing out.
• Please Clean the Gun Body, Gun Head, and Material Cup with a Cleaning Solution After Use. After Cleaning, Apply Oil for Future Use.
• Please Allow the Slight Color Difference Caused by the Shooting Light and the 1-3 Cm Error Due to Manual Measurement, and Make Sure You Do Not Mind Before Ordering.
