How to Disassemble & Maintain

1. Remove the screws of the meat-blocking plate by hand.

2. Use a screwdriver to unscrew the screws of the pressing cover to complete the disassembly (please be careful to store the disassembled parts properly).

3. Use a soft cloth to wipe the accessories clean and extend their service life.
