This card has remained in a soft plastic case as pictured above, it is in great condition just has a couple of signs of wear visible in the video and photos (small vertical line slightly left of center at the top of the card, small vertical lines about 1/3 of the way from the top on both sides, and a small vertical line only visible from the back, at the bottom slightly to the left - visible in the photo of the back of the card).
