If the item fails after installation, you may return the defective item to us for a replacement. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs. This warranty only applies to auto parts if the installation instructions are fully followed. If no instructions are available, the installation work should be performed by a licensed mechanic.
If we send you the wrong parts, you may pay a deposit to have a replacement part shipped to you in advance. You can then return the defective item to us, and your deposit will be refunded.
Shipping damage. We use DHL, UPS, or FedEx to ship all items. The buyer should inspect the condition of the package before signing for it. If you notice any damage, please refuse to sign for the package and obtain a shipping damage report from the courier. We will send you a replacement on the same day once you provide the shipping damage report. We will not cover any losses if the buyer fails to inspect the package condition before signing.
This warranty does not cover costs incurred from removing and/or reinstalling the item. In particular, it does not cover costs for time, rentals, other parts not purchased from us, or labor. This warranty is void and invalid if the sold item is damaged due to abuse, misuse, accident, negligence, modification, or repair by a third party. Your warranty will be invalid if the item fails due to improper installation or use. If the sold item is found to be defective in materials or workmanship within the warranty period, please contact us immediately.
