The finish on the barrel wasn’t completed. After the taper at the chamber end it transitions from rough to smooth

There is a small machined itched line just before the muzzle brake.

I do not know the threads for the muzzle break.  I do not know the manufacturer of the barrel is.

A barrel needs to be fitted by a qualified gunsmith as further work is needed.. This cannot be simply screwed on to an action.
