The stainless steel barrel-type pressure
filter is a precision solid-liquid separation and
sterilization filtering device. It is used for purification
and sterilization filtration of liquids, especially for
sterilization filtration of culture media, filtration of
protein solution, and industrial decarbonization filtration.
The filter is suitable for the fields of scientific
research, medical treatment, chemical industry, food,
beverage, electronic machinery and so on.
Precaution 1. Before filtering, fully moisten the filter membrane to ensure effective filtering. 2. Do not directly touch the filtering surface of the filter membrane with hands to avoid pollution. 3. Do not exceed the pressure range of the film membrane during operation. 4. Gently operate the ball valves during filtering to avoid damage to the ball valves. 5. After filtering, do not scrape the stainless steel inner wall with sharp tools. 6. Do not open the hoops or remove parts during filtering. 7. Wear protective gloves and goggles during operation. Note: There is no air pump included in the packing list. Customers should use their own air pumps or air compressors. |

Loosen the lifting eye bolts, take down the barrel body and install the filter membrane. Install the barrel body, and tighten the lifting eye bolts to seal the filter membrane. Take down the hoop and the top ball valve, pour to-be-filtered raw liquid into the liquid inlet. Install the top ball valve and tighten the hoop to seal the liquid inlet. Turn on the air pump, and adjust the pressure to the appropriate value as needed. Slowly open the air inlet valve, and begin filtering the liquid. After filtering, close the air inlet valve and open the pressure relief valve. Turn off the air pump, remove the barrel body and take out the filter cake and filtrate. Clean the machine thoroughly after filtering. |
