Homemade Butter Steps
~Step 1. Wash the glass butter mixing jar with warm soapy water to make sure it is clean. left for use. It is recommended that you use cream with at least 30% fat and take the cream out of the refrigerator about two hours before mixing.
~Step 2. Make sure the glass butter mixing jar is dry. Pour the cream into a glass jar and secure the lid and handle to the jar. Turn the handle steadily to start thickening the stuffing. After turning the handle for a few minutes, you will notice that the cream starts to foam. After a few minutes, you will find that it becomes more and more difficult to turn the handle quickly and smoothly, and you will find that the cream thickens and turns yellow.
~Step 3. Stop turning the handle and unscrew the BOP. Pour these drinks and liquids into glasses. You will find that butter milk is actually very similar to skim milk.
