Installation Guidelines

Note: Proper lubrication of the polyurethane surfaces is essential to prevent squeaking and ensure smooth operation.

Step 1: Park on a level surface and secure the vehicle properly using jack stands.
Step 2: Remove the front wheels and skid plate to reach the steering rack mounting points.
Step 3: Carefully disconnect the old hardware and press out the worn rubber bushings.
Step 4: Align the new polyurethane units with factory mounting holes and hand-tighten fasteners.
Step 5: Secure all hardware to factory torque specifications and perform a low-speed test.

Tacoma Fitment Note: This kit is specifically designed for 6-Lug models. Please verify your wheel bolt pattern before purchasing.
