4)Select the mode you want to use. E-M-S mode and Sonic mode cannot be used at the same time.
*E-M-S Mode:The left button can select massage mode,and the right side can select level.(E-M-S mode CANNOT be used on the face)
*Sonic Mode:Press once for low level(L),press twice for high level(H). Low level is suitable for face and neck;other parts such as waist,abdomen,and chest can be used for high level.
5)After use,please clean the massage head and the surface of these pads with wet cloth.
