Vintage 1968 (denoted by the "68" on the bottom of the bottle) Jack Daniels 4/5 QUART empty bottle.  Embossed with  "4/5 QUART" on all four shoulders, and "JACK DANIEL" at the bottom of all four panels.  Cloudy on the inside with some staining.
