The Ring is marked on the inside of a double Gold circle: J inside a H  925  18K  

Size 6 1/2

The Ring has been worn and wiped off. But could probably use an even better cleaning.

I do see light / slight scratches on the outer edges of the band 

The ring measures:

over 1/4 of an inch wide

over 1/16 of an inch thick - back to center front

The center spinner section is about 3/16 of an inch wide

The Diamond section is about 1/16 of an inch wide
