This lot contains a Ronson Repair – A – Lite System #2000 New Style 2000 NOS Lighter Repair Kit. This kit appears to be either new old stock or hardly ever used. The system has seven pieces of ephemera lighter information for the 2000 system, and other systems like the 5000 system. I personally opened every box and quite frankly it appears that the system has never been used or may be used once or twice. Each box is in pristine condition and full of parts. I have had many of these systems in the past and most of the time half of the inventory boxes are empty. This is the first system I have come across that is not only full of parts but each box is full of parts and the boxes are in pristine condition. The identification chart inside the front cover is immaculate and easy to read. This system is inventoried as the “#2000 ADONIS”. I have never seen a lighter repair kit this complete and this condition. This system was found in the watchmaker shop. He apparently was repairing lighters along with watches. I suspect if you are a lighter collector, dealer and repair person you will be impressed with this material kit. As a watchmaker by trade, I'm always interested in watch material kits that are well stocked. Don't overlook the fine assortment of ephemera that is with this system.
