Put the arrow on the arrow straightness detector and slowly rotate the arrow shaft by hand, Arrows with good straightness, it will remain stationary when rotated to any position on the Arrow Tester. Check arrow field point, spin the arrow with field point in arrow and check for its straightness. To check for feather and vane balance, please place arrow on the Arrow Tester and rotate slowly. Leave arrow at one position. If arrow rotated, inspect the vane or feather that faces downward. Check arrow feather and vane, excess glue at fletching time could cause the arrow isn't in balance.
