Beautiful Dresden porcelain Volksted lace piece.  A young woman sits a chair awaiting her guests to arrive.  Her dress is done in pink with a white top.  Hand applied flowers are added for accent.  Lace looks in very good shape could have a few flea bite chips but very hard to tell based on the pattern of the lace.
