An early 4 piece bamboo fly rod with a formed wooden case. The sections match in length (36 1/2"), one of the tips is missing the top line guide and is about an inch short, there are a couple of line guides missing and some of the windings have wear.. The handle is tight and complete with some very minor wear. The metal fittings are all bright and tight with no corrosion. We do not find a maker's name.  The weight with one tip is 6 oz. The formed wooden case is in nice original condition. All in all, a nice used bamboo rod that is well worthy of restoration.
