What Happens If I Have A Problem?

We offer a wide range of high quality products at great value. We know sometimes things would go wrong but we aim to put them right as quickly and efficiently as possible.

If you have a faulty or damaged item(s) or for any reason receive what appears to be incorrect goods, please take the photo for packaging box and item(with MPN code), then contact us and explain your problem.

We will respond within 1 working day.

Provided the product is within its warranty period, we will arrange, at our expense, the return of the product and send replacement goods within 1 working day.

Please do not return goods until you have heard back from us. Unauthorised returns will be refused.

Can I Change My Mind?

Yes! If you need to return goods for any other reason, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt of your order.

Refunds can only be made if the item is returned in the condition it was received including all documentation and original unopened packaging.

Your return package must contain your eBay user ID/order number. Postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

Damaged Items & Discrepancies?

Any shortages or damage to your delivery must be advised to Charmular Motor within 24 hours of receipt. Provided that this notice is given, we will collect, replace, or refund the item free of charge.

Any delivery discrepancy must be notified to us within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Goods delivered damaged should be signed for accordingly and Charmular Motor notified in writing within 24 hours. Please retain all damaged goods and packaging.

Our standard estimated delivery timescale is between 1-5 working days. We dispatch orders daily Monday to Friday, and we aim to dispatch ALL orders within 1 working day of receiving cleared payment. During peak periods our dispatch lead times may vary.

We do not offer a guaranteed delivery date with our standard FREE shipping option. If you require a guaranteed delivery date, please select the appropriate shipping option at checkout.
