This Laptop was acquired previously owned at our store and is in good working condition. The Laptop is in USED condition. Normal signs of wear are to be expected. When the screen is off you can see some dead pixels on the screen (see last pic). THE LAPTOP NEEDS A NEW BATTERY IT WILL NOT STAY ON UNLESS IT IS PLUGGED INTO THE POWER ADAPTER. We did not encounter any issues accessing multiple applications or logging into our local Wi-Fi. We have Processed a Factory reset on the Laptop and it is awaiting its new owner.
