F.lli Bugatti, in fact, was the first company to introduce in Italy the Polak die-casting machine for the production of cutlery, thanks to which, in 1928, the revolutionary brass-silicon alloy, still known today as Lega Bugatti, was invented. Since that time, it has always researched new technologies, explored materials and construction techniques, until arriving in more recent times to the PROTECH System, a special double molding technology, which allows to obtain handles with special color effect, transparency and decorations that remain perfect over time.
