     Orders will ship within 2 business days after payment has cleared. Orders from Saturdays, Sundays or holidays will process on next business day and will be ship within 24 hours. Please allow 10-30 days for international deliveries. Some shipments could take longer subject to your local customs authorities.

*Shipping and handling fees is not just the cost of the shipment. It is also the additional costs such as additional packing materials, insurance, and the labor required for shipping, and packing.

    We will use EMS as the default carrier for expedited shipping, usually it takes 4-7 working days. If you want to use DHL, please contact us and you may need to pay more extra shipping fee.

ALL Sales are Final, No Refund / Exchange unless defect item.Most of our products are direct from distributor and are intended for jobber purpose, so they may not come with instruction manual. Professional mechanic are recommended for installation. This can avoid many problems that can often be found with an inexperienced installer of aftermarket products. Warranty will be void for improper installation.

Defective products need to be reported and returned within 15 days for replacement. No return will be accepted after 30days. Item must be returned before replace. Customers are responsible to pay for the shipping for return.

For damages during freight, pls notice us and make damage claim directly with the carrier. All of our merchandise are insured by the carrier who assumes all the responsibility of damages, theft or lost. We will process replacement/refund ONLY after the claim reimbursement is issued (no exception).

We reserve the right to cancel bids from any bidder with a history of negative feedback/Non-payment.

All items must be paid within 15 days,or an eBay non-paying bidder alert will be filed.

After we receive your payment, we will process and ship out your order within 24 - 48 business hours except weekend or Holiday.

As we sell more and more on Ebay, the email that we received are now much more than before. We are doing our best to reply every email ASAP. Shipments are made Mon through Fri excluding all Holidays.
