2-Layer thermal hardhat liner. Total of 8 ea. Shoulder length design keeps head, ears and neck warm and covered.  100% cuton twill outer shell with 100% polyester fleece warm lining.  Elastic gather at forehead closed the gap between liner and forehead to keep heat in and cold out.  It has hook and loop straps to attach to hard hat or helmet extension.
