Measurements: approx 9" x 5.5." 

Very good condition, with a watermark with partial date (see last photo).

I have been an enthusiastic collector of old and unusual books, prints and other ephemera for many years. However, it is now time to downsize. All the items I sell come from my own collection and I sell these privately on Ebay.
