Here's a beauty from you with a major structured 1980s vibe. The velvet collar is a stunner - can be worn turn up and fastened with an inside button, or down.

While the coat tags have been removed, I believe the maker was the company, Portrait, based on a similar item I have seen on the web.  The fabric is 80% wool, 20% nylon.

As for size, here a some measurements:

Length measured from top back collar to bottom hem: 48"

Armpit seam to armpit seam across the front, buttoned: 23"

Arm length from shoulder seam to cuff: 21"

Bottom side seam to seam: 24"

In very nice condition - ready to wear.
