Antique mid 19th century poured wax doll with fixed blue glass eyes, inserted blonde mohair wig. She is 19 inches tall. Poured wax shoulder plate head and lower limbs. She is unmarked but came from a reputable auction house listed as Pierotti , she looks like a Pierotti to me.There is a short 'stress' crack at the back of the shoulder plate - shown in photos, also the top of one lower leg has an old repair.  Her torso is stuffed cotton fabric.  She is dressed in knee length drawers, waist petticoat and a white cotton dress with blue ribbon sash.She has a sweet gentle expression.
