Thank you for checking out my historic piece of Major League Baseball Memorabilia! This baseball, along with many others listed in my store, was given to me by my grandfather. He loved to collect his favorite athletes and sports figures autographs by sending letters and baseballs through the mail, hoping to get them back signed. My grandfather is also an Illinois High School hall of fame coach in 2 different sports, and has formed many strong relationships in his career with some of these pro athletes over time (Mostly STL area athletes). This baseball IS NOT authenticated by any major authentication company, however to show more authenticity for the baseball, I have included a picture of some of the letters my grandfather would send along with the baseballs to the athletes, with their messages and signatures on them.
