Thank you for your interest in purchasing from ProCard Sports LLC. By completing a purchase or submitting an offer, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

HOW WE SHIP RAW CARDS (eBay Standard Envelope):

Our standard shipping process for raw cards includes multiple layers of protection. Each card is placed in a penny sleeve, then inserted into a Card Saver I. This is placed inside a team bag, wrapped in folded paper, and shipped in a plain white envelope, providing five layers of protection between the card and any sorting machine.

We do not use top loaders due to repeated USPS issues involving additional postage charges or cards being returned. Please do not purchase if you are not comfortable receiving your raw card in a Card Saver I.

Any card shipped using USPS Ground Advantage will be shipped in a standard 6x9 Bubble Mailer. For multiple purchases using Ground Advantage, the items will be shipped in a box with added protection.

eBAY'S CARD CONDITION DEFINITION:

On eBay, a "Near Mint" card exhibits minimal damage, allowing for minor imperfections such as slight edge wear, a scratch, or a minor corner issue. However, it will not have any major defects. eBay's "Near Mint" designation differs from a grading company's definition and does not guarantee a GEM MINT grade.

All our cards are listed based on eBay's definition of "Near Mint" not a grading company's standard. Any condition that falls outside of eBay's "Near Mint" criteria will be detailed in the Item Condition section below.

DISCLAIMER:

By purchasing this item, you release ProCard Sports LLC from all liabilities, including but not limited to punitive damages, emotional distress, consequential damages, lost profits, or lost interest, except where prohibited by law.

ITEM CONDITION:

·         Assessment: Each item is visually inspected before listing to ensure an accurate description. We do not use specialized equipment or lighting during evaluations, and we do not prescreen cards for grading. While we strive to provide honest and detailed assessments, certain flaws may not be visible under normal lighting conditions.

Card condition is subjective, and opinions may vary. What we consider MINT condition, another individual may see differently. We cannot be held accountable for differences in opinion regarding condition assessments. Please review all images carefully and feel free to ask any questions before purchasing.

·         Notable Flaws: Any visible flaws or damage beyond the described condition will be disclosed in the listing.

·         As-Is Sales: All items are sold as-is without warranties, express or implied.

·         Important: Please carefully review all images and descriptions before purchasing. If you have any concerns or believe there is a discrepancy, contact us prior to completing your purchase.

DESCRIPTION

You will receive the exact item shown in the listing photos. We do not use stock images. Review the pictures carefully to ensure the item meets your expectations.

RETURN POLICY

·         Graded Cards: All sales are final. No returns are accepted.

·         Raw Cards: Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

1.       You received the wrong item.

2.       The item was physically damaged during shipping.

Returns will not be accepted for items that fail to meet personal expectations. Detailed pictures and descriptions are provided for each listing to assist in your buying decision.

PAYMENT TERMS

·         Immediate Payment: Payment is required at the time of purchase.

·         Buy It Now/Best Offer Orders: Payment is due within 24 hours of offer acceptance. Failure to pay within 24 hours will result in cancellation.

·         Auction Orders: Payment is due within five (5) days of auction end. Failure to pay within this timeframe will result in cancellation.

·         Issues with Payment: If you experience payment issues, please contact eBay directly for assistance.

SALES TAX

Sales tax is determined by eBay and is based on your shipping address. ProCard Sports LLC has no control over tax rates or charges.

SHIPPING TERMS

·         Address Accuracy: Items will only be shipped to the address provided during checkout on eBay. Ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.

·         Shipping Liability: ProCard Sports LLC liability for shipping issues is limited to the lesser of:

1.       The item's purchase price.

2.       The change in the item's fair market value.

·         If a package is lost and was shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, we will open a research claim with USPS on your behalf. A full refund will ONLY be issued once USPS had completed its investigation and officially deemed the package lost.

We do NOT issue refunds while the claim is still under investigation. The timeframe for USPS to resolve a lost package claim is beyond our control.

·         We are not responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

·         Delivery Discrepancies: If tracking indicates the item was delivered but you did not receive it, you must resolve the issue with your local Post Office or eBay. ProCard Sports LLC is not liable for such instances.

GRADING DISCLAIMER

ProCard Sports LLC does not guarantee grades for raw cards. Card condition is based on visual inspection only.

BEST OFFER POLICY

·         Submitting Offers: Use eBays Best Offer feature to submit price negotiations.

·         Direct Messages: Messages asking for the lowest price or submitting offers outside of the Best Offer feature will be ignored.
