Vintage beautiful navy blue (or black-depending on the light)and red straw hat. Is it made by Madame Alexander? Ideal? Not sure. Very well made Head opening measures 2” wide and full width is 3 1/2” probably for a Cisette or miss Revlon size doll. Tiny hole in red ribbon. Maybe where a hat pin was. See photos
