All of our descriptions are as accurate as possible.

Returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase for unused items. You must notify us in writing within 14 days of original receipt that you wish to return an item and then return to us within 60 days of receipt of item. Returned items must be unused and in all original, undamaged packaging. We will refund you in full but you will need to pay the return carriage. We reserve the right to deduct a percentage from your refund should parts or packaging be missing/damaged.

Faulty or incorrectly supplied or damaged items

If you have received the incorrect item or you received the item damaged or with parts missing please inform us within 24 hours of receipt.

We will arrange collection for a swap or refund at our cost. If in the event no fault or damage is found we reserve the right to charge for the collection and re-delivery of the item or deduct the costs from your refund. 

We advise that you check all goods before use, once the goods have been used any issues identified within the warranty period will be handled through the manufacturing brands warranty procedure.

Should you have any warranty issues within 7 days of receipt please contact us as soon as possible. 

Any warranty issues after 7 days of receipt will be dealt with by the manufacturer. We will advise on the best way to do this should you inform us of any warranty issues.

Power tools come with their own manufacturers guarantee. This is normally for 12 months. Extended warranties are sometimes offered which will require registering the product with the manufacturer within 28 days of purchase.  This is your responsibility. This does not effect your statutory rights.

You are able to pay via Ebays managed payment system. 

With managed payments, eBay manages the end-to-end payments process so no personal details are passed on to ourselves keeping your details even more secure.

We use DPD to deliver your order. You will receive a 1 hour time slot on the day of your delivery (provided you have included your mobile number on your Ebay account)

We aim to despatch all orders received by 1pm the same day.

We currently only deliver to Mainland UK, excluding Highands and Islands.

DPD drivers are not authorised to leave your orders in a safe place.

Not going to be in? No problem. You will be able to reply to the DPD notification where you can change delivery date, deliver to a neighbour or take to your local collection point.
