This vintage sterling silver Miraculous Medal dates from the 1940s–1950s and measures about 1 1/2" by 7/8". The front shows Our Lady with the inscription “O Mary conceived without sin pray for us who have recourse to thee” and the date 1830, with nine stars surrounding her head. It has a mid‑century scalloped frame with twenty‑six small divots that give it a distinctive period look. The medal has a pleasing, solid feel typical of older sterling pieces, though I don’t have a scale to provide an exact weight. The reverse displays the classic Miraculous Medal symbols along with an unrecognized maker’s mark. It shows gentle age wear and a natural patina that enhances its vintage character.
